Dempsey Rice:
Documentary Filmmaker

Listening is at the heart of my documentary work -- I believe that we all have a story to tell and that those stories should be heard. The Listening Project: Brooklyn, Forget Me Nots and Daughter of Suicide are all acts of listening to and documenting personal stories. In this work I explore who we are, why we do what we do and what we choose to make of our lives.
